David Paladino III founded Sellvation with the goal of making real estate simple for home sellers. David is a third generation Floridian with deep ties to South Florida. Growing up on Palm Beach, he gained an early familiarity with the real estate industry through his family’s development projects in downtown West Palm Beach. David was always interested in complex questions and pursued science in school, while his natural inclination toward service and leadership led to him being an active Boy Scout and eventual Eagle Scout. David began his college career at the University of Central Florida in Orlando where he studied molecular biology, graduating with honors while working in a cancer research lab on campus. After graduation, he continued his studies in the UCF Ph.D program, but his advisor was shortly thereafter recruited to the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Recognizing it as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, David and his wife moved to Honolulu and spent four years there while he earned his Ph.D in molecular biosciences and bioengineering.

After earning his doctorate on the other side of the world, they decided to move back home before starting a family. Though his passion for the sciences remained, David chose to pursue real estate in order to raise his children around family and the community he loved, South Florida. He joined forces with his brother- and father-in-law, who were already building a successful residential real estate team. There, David added to their efforts by streamlining their processes and incorporating new technologies into their offerings. Sellvation Realty is the culmination of these lessons and experiences and aims to deliver innovative solutions, unmatched service, and peace of mind for our clients.
